Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99.

Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Jaxon Boutique is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to Jaxon Boutique due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.
